By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Service Description

Clear Credit LLC provides:

- Credit counseling

- Credit education

- Credit report audits

- Monthly credit improvement services

- Consumer support and coaching

We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning services.

3. Enrollment & Fees

Online enrollment is $29.95.

Phone enrollment is $99.00.

3.1 Monthly Service Fee

After your audit is completed, monthly service is $50.00 per month, billed month‑to‑month.

There are no long‑term contracts

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time with:

- No fees

- No penalties

- No further obligation

Your cancellation becomes effective immediately upon receipt.

5. Refund Policy

Enrollment fees are used to create your client file, verify identity, and prepare your audit.

These services begin immediately upon enrollment and are non‑refundable.

Monthly service fees are billed after services are performed and are also non‑refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information

- Maintain communication with our team

- Review your credit reports when requested

- Notify us of any changes to your contact information

Failure to provide required information may delay or limit results.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Clear Credit LLC works to remove inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information from your credit reports.

However, we cannot guarantee:

- Specific score increases

- Removal of any particular item

- Approval for loans, credit cards, or financing

All results vary based on individual credit history and bureau responses.

8. Compliance With Federal & State Law

Clear Credit LLC complies with:

- The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

- The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

- All applicable South Carolina licensing requirements

We do not engage in any prohibited practices.

9. Communication Consent

By enrolling or contacting us, you consent to receive:

- Phone calls

- Emails

- Text messages

You may opt out at any time.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.



11. Limitation of Liability

Clear Credit LLC is not liable for:

- Actions taken by credit bureaus

- Actions taken by creditors

- Delays caused by third parties

- Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
